Mission Critical Wireless Mission Critical Wireless: Their BlackBerry Service Offering.

The MCW solution supports all aspects of the BlackBerry® solution. We offer end user and IT admin help desk, consultative services, IT, end user and executive training, premium provisioning and general server assistance for the BlackBerry solution.

This all amounts to worry-free and hassle-free installation, implementation and support of the BlackBerry solution for Small and Mid-sized businesses and Enterprise organizations alike.

MCW maximizes the BlackBerry solution through our 4 step process: Design, Deploy, Optimize and Enhance.

This process feeds into itself and ensures constant enhancements. Utilizing this process has assured that virtually every customer expands their user base, upgrades software successfully and boosts productivity and ROI. We ensure the customer decreases Total Cost of Ownership while optimizing quality and longevity of the solution.

Why Mission Critical Wireless joined the BlackBerry Alliance Program.

MCW joined the BlackBerry Alliance Program to increase our visibility among end users as well as throughout Research In Motion (RIM). We hoped to increase lead generation and gain the confidence of RIM to work alongside their T-Support.

So far, several of our major customers have been leads referred from RIM. Being a BlackBerry Alliance Member with numerous BlackBerry certified staff has ensured continued support by RIM and immediate credibility with prospective customers.

A Mission Critical Wireless Customer Success Story: Pactiv Corporation

Pactiv Corporation first implemented the BlackBerry solution in early 2005. With RIM's recommendation, MCW assisted Pactiv in a successful implementation of the BlackBerry solution. Pactiv leveraged MCW's onsite services for BlackBerry® Enterprise Server infrastructure health checks and maintenance, MCW training for BlackBerry end users and MCW end user help desk.

Recently, Pactiv decided to upgrade their BlackBerry smartphones for newer models. With MCW's assistance, a smooth transition including device selection, device software updates and provisioning on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server allowed Pactiv to grow from an initial deployment of 20 BlackBerry smartphones to over 260 currently in use.

"MCW has ensured we maximize ROI on our wireless investment. Their support has been essential to our successful deployment of the BlackBerry solution and we're fortunate to have them". Joe Wieczorek, Executive Director - Service Management, Pactiv Corporation

Future goals for Mission Critical Wireless.

Vertical market initiatives are a main focus for us in the near future. Working with third party ISV BlackBerry ISV Alliance members, we are looking to incorporate our two product offerings: MCW EZ Install and MCW EZ Provisioning. These offerings will ensure optimal performance and longevity of the BlackBerry Solution. This is accomplished through a pre-install call, a telephonic install, a synopsis document and a follow-up assessment of the installation (including recommendations for support from MCW and RIM).

We can therefore become an end-to-end solution for IT administrators and end users. They will be activated on a Behind the Firewall solution, have an up and running application and have a single point of contact if one or all of these elements encounters problems.

How will your partnership with RIM evolve over the next few years?

Our relationship with RIM continues to advance. CDW is a new MCW partner introduced to us by RIM, and we are working together to leverage the BlackBerry solution. We will be participating in a series of customer educational events throughout 2008 focused in several vertical segments.

MCW is looking to become more involved with BlackBerry ISV Alliance members. Incorporating our solutions has excellent market potential for the ISV Alliance member, MCW and RIM.

Our overall evolution will depend primarily on our new product offerings and how we pitch those within and beyond RIM. We have thus far worked together successfully to push the BlackBerry solution and we will take greater steps in these upcoming years to do so more proactively.
