Drum roll please! We are excited to unveil the official name of our new application store, BlackBerry App WorldTM. Imagine making your applications available to millions of BlackBerry® smartphone users! You can still get involved in this great opportunity by sending us your application for consideration.
Keep those submissions coming...
Formal application testing has now started, and there's still time to get your submission in before the expected spring launch of BlackBerry App World. We encourage everyone to bring us your apps before March 16th to allow time for evaluation and possible inclusion in BlackBerry App World at launch. Applications submitted after March 16th
will be reviewed on a best efforts basis, and could still become part of the BlackBerry App World launch catalogue, or will be reviewed for addition shortly thereafter.
To get your submission started, please visit: http://www.blackberry.com/developers/applications.
We have news!
Whether you're already well on your way, or are just starting your submission, keep watching our FAQ page for the final launch updates on application categories, billing models, and more answers to recent questions.
For full information about inclusion considerations, along with terms and conditions, please read the
App World Vendor Guidelines.
BlackBerry App World is launching soon. Will your application be there?
